Primary School Leaders Course (UK ONLY)
This comprehensive virtual training course enables school leaders to apply the whole-school mental health and wellbeing MindUP framework to their school’s strategic priorities; improving the health and wellbeing of the whole school community.
This dynamic and interactive course builds capacity within schools to lead and sustain systemic change; enabling school leaders to implement a whole-school approach to emotional health and wellbeing, promoting a connected learning community where everyone can thrive. The course equips leadership teams with the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to embed MindUP strategically across their whole school. Through a blended use of professional learning, tools, resources and support materials, the course provides leaders with the framework to train and develop staff teams, and successfully implement MindUP across the school and parent community.
Participants are encouraged to network and share best practice with peers from other schools, enabling personal and professional reflection within our growing training and learning community. A school that commits to implementing MindUP understands the importance of creating a positive ethos built upon shared values, placing wellbeing at the heart of everything it does.

Training consists of professional learning and support, training resources, impact evaluation tools and progress reviews. Implementing MindUP in your school is an ongoing process. This training course guides you through each stage to ensure that the staff training and teaching of the programme is conducted with efficacy.
The training and materials shared in these sessions are to enable implementation of MindUP in your current school only. A MindUP Proprietary Material Agreement must be signed prior to the commencement of the course.
